The Cavalier Area Chamber of Commerce will be promoting Scarecrow Alley again the month of October. Both businesses and homes are encouraged to decorate for fall! Winners will be chosen for the best displays. We will announce the winners at Business After Hours on October 30th @ the Cavalier Country Club from 5-7PM.
