The Cavalier Area Chamber of Commerce will be promoting Scarecrow Alley again this year from September 15th thru October 15th. Both businesses and homes are encouraged to decorate for fall! Winners will be voted on for the best displays. We will announce the winners at Business After Hours on October 19th at the Cavalier Country Club.
